Last Updated: December 18, 2025These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you as a user ("User," "you") and Autogross25 AB, corporate ID 559524-3501, VAT registration number: SE559524350101, address Smedvägen 24, 176 71 Järfälla, Sweden ("Platform," "we," "us"), regarding your use of our digital vehicle advertising service ("Service") via www.autogross25.com.
By creating an account and using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Information
Autogross25 provides a technical infrastructure enabling registered car dealers within the EU to publish, search, and communicate about vehicles. The Platform acts as a neutral intermediary and is not involved in contracts, price negotiations, communications, or transactions between users.
We are not a party to any agreements between buyers and sellers and are not responsible for user-generated content or the outcome of transactions between users.
In accordance with the Swedish Act on Electronic Commerce and Other Information Society Services (Lag (2002:562) om elektronisk handel och andra informationssamhällets tjänster), Autogross25 AB provides the following mandatory company information:

2. Eligibility and Registration
To use the Service, you must:
Be a registered company within the EU with a valid corporate ID and VAT registration.
Operate within the automotive industry and hold all necessary licenses and permits for professional vehicle sales.
Have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your company.
Private individuals or unregistered entities may not use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate, complete, and kept up to date, and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations in your country.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
List vehicles for sale strictly for B2B purposes.
Search and browse listings from other registered users.
Communicate with other users for legitimate business purposes.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Publishing false, misleading, illegal, or copyrighted material without authorization.
Listing vehicles intended for private sales or sales to consumers.
Automatic extraction, scraping, or manipulation of content.
Attempting to break, disable, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Service’s functionality or security.
4. User Responsibilities and Warranties
You are solely responsible for all content you upload or otherwise make available through the Service, including but not limited to:
The accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information about vehicles, prices, and availability.
Ensuring that vehicles are legally available for sale and correctly represented.
Compliance with all applicable laws, including tax, environmental, consumer protection (where applicable), and vehicle registration requirements.
Ensuring that you hold all necessary rights, including intellectual property rights, to all material you upload.
You agree to hold Autogross25 harmless from any third-party claims arising from all information provided by you on this Platform and/or from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
5. Content Moderation and Removal
Autogross25 has the right, but not the obligation, to moderate, review, restrict, or remove content that:
Violates these Terms;
Is misleading, illegal, harmful, or abusive; or
Could harm the Service’s functionality, security, or reputation.
We comply with applicable EU hosting regulations, including the e-Commerce Directive and the Digital Services Act. Autogross25 is not responsible for user-generated content unless we have actual knowledge of illegal material and fail to act expeditiously.
6. Personal Data and GDPR
All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
For the purposes of the Service, Autogross25 AB acts as the data controller (personuppgiftsansvarig) for personal data processed in connection with account management, service provision, billing, and compliance with legal obligations.
In certain limited cases, Autogross25 AB may act as a data processor (personuppgiftsbiträde) when processing personal data on behalf of users, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept such processing. If you do not consent, you may not use the Service.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Autogross25 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.
Autogross25 is not responsible for:
The accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or legality of user-generated listings or communications.
Technical failures, downtime, data loss, or other disruptions of the Service.
Any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Autogross25 shall bear no liability for any damages or losses arising from the suspension, restriction, or premature termination of an account or the Service, provided such measures are taken in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Fees and Payment
Fees for the Service are charged in accordance with the applicable price list, which is made available on the Platform and/or provided to the User prior to subscription or use. Prices are stated clearly and unambiguously and, unless otherwise stated, exclusive of VAT.
Invoicing and Payment Terms
Invoices shall be paid no later than ten (10) days from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, default interest shall accrue in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (räntelagen, 1975:653). Autogross25 reserves the right to charge statutory reminder fees and collection fees where applicable.
Suspension Due to Non-Payment
If the User fails to pay an undisputed invoice when due, Autogross25 has the right to immediately suspend access to the Service until full payment has been received. Autogross25 shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or damage resulting from such suspension.
9. Changes to the Terms
Autogross25 may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email, the Platform website, and/or through the logged-in user account.
Unless otherwise required by law, changes shall take effect no earlier than fourteen (14) days after notification. If a User does not accept the amended Terms, the User has the right to terminate the agreement before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination, Account Deletion, and Data Retention
You may request termination of your account and deletion of personal data at any time by contacting info@autogross25.com. Requests will be processed within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.
Certain data must be retained in order to comply with legal obligations, including:
Invoices and accounting records in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (Bokföringslag (1999:1078)) (accounting act) for a period of seven (7) years.
Data required to fulfill legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Data not required by law will be deleted, and other data will be anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to you.
Autogross25 may suspend or delete accounts in case of violations of these Terms or applicable law. Upon such termination, your data will be deleted or anonymized according to the above principles, and the agreement is considered to be terminated also.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt), unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
12. Reporting Illegal Content
If you believe that content on the Platform is illegal or violates these Terms, please report it to info@autogross25.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act.
